  • Question 2: Why my coffee not hot?

  • Answer: Preheat the machine before using it! after the light turns green, you need to let the hot water flow continuously for 20 seconds, so that the funnel and the whole pipe can reach 95 degrees. Let the hot water run for 20 seconds and Because the preheating is complete. After preheating the machine , remove the funnel and put ground coffee to start making coffee. Without this step, the first cup of coffee would not have reached 95 degrees! Because the funnel and the entire pipe are cold before preheating.

 

 

  • Question 3: Why is my desktop getting wet?

  • Answer: There are two holes at the bottom of the tray, if the water in the tray is not cleaned in time, the water will wet the tabletop through the holes! Please clean the water in the tray regularly.
